2. Processing Time
· Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
· Note: Orders containing pre-order items or high-demand electronics may require an additional processing time of 5-7 business days. You will be notified of these delays via email.
3. Domestic Shipping Rates & Methods (SA)
· Standard Shipping (5-7 business days):
· Expedited Shipping (4-5 business days): Calculated at checkout.
· Express Shipping (2-3 business days): Calculated at checkout.
4. International Shipping

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
· If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging and the product.
· If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly. AMOA Electronics is not liable for packages stolen after delivery.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.
